Calm down bottles are used very frequently to help children relieve stress and frustration. The water like nature is naturally very calming for young children, achieving a sense of attention and focus straight away!


The DIY Calm Down Bottle comes with everything you need to create your own sensory bottle. Simply add water and a little bit of dishwashing liquid and you have created your own sensory calm down bottle. The bottle is designed to allow for multiple uses and the potential to change materials according to different needs. The silicone coverings on the end of bottles also add to the quality of this product as this adds another level of sensory stimulation, the feeling of silicone is one of the

main sensory texture’s children are encouraged to play and experiment with.
Used in classrooms today for children who experience difficulty dealing with frustration, anxiety, restricted attention span and children who struggle to self-regulate their own emotions. Calm down bottles work exceptionally well for children dealing with these issues. It’s also important, if given the opportunity, to allow for individuality with these bottles, as each child experiences different triggers and therefore certain sensory materials will stimulate the child better than others would.


The DIY Calm Down Bottle is the perfect addition for children dealing with self-regulation, children experiencing autism or dealing with other special needs, for children with sensory needs, emotions and worries, or anxiety and stress.

Shipping & Returns

We deliver Australia-wide, using a range of couriers such as Sendle, Australia Post, and All Regions Logistics/Wizz. We will always choose the cheapest option, which will depend on which item you buy and where you live.

Generally, delivery takes 2-5 business days, but this does depend on which day you place the order (eg. weekend or public holiday), and how far you are from our stores in Northern NSW. Once the item leaves our store, we will arrange for the courier to send you a tracking email so you can follow the package all the way to your front door.

Please remember these are independent couriers who only generally deliver Monday-Friday during business hours. You'll have to make arrangements directly with them if you can't be home on the day of delivery, or if you want to make other arrangements.


Please note we do have separate shipping rates for bulky and heavy items.

Products that have a badge on them that reads "In Transit" means we have received confirmation from the supplier that the stock has been shipped to us but we have not received the stock yet. This means if you order this item there will be delays on delivery times as we do not physically have the stock yet. You will be shipped your item as soon as the stock arrives in our store.
